Deposit Terms:

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.

• The standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes. Gold VIP members and above enjoy faster processing, while Diamond VIP receives instant withdrawals.
• Fl888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your eWallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

Fl888 reserves the right to void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity. In such cases, fl888 will notify the relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.

Fl888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, parlay bonuses, and other periodic promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on its respective promotions page.

fl888 General Bonus Terms:

• All fl888 bonuses carry wagering requirement except VIP cashback that is explicitly stated as unconditional cash with no wagering requirement.
• The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15× total deposit + bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus that does not meet the requirements within this period will expire automatically.
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once using different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the cancellation of all accounts and winnings involved.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been met in full. Winnings generated from gameplay using a bonus balance will be credited to your cash balance once the wagering requirements are completed.

For Live Casino games, the dealer's instructions and decisions are final in accordance with the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a dealer's decision, the game session recording will be reviewed by the fl888 team, and the outcome of that review is final.

• Bonus system abuse – including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Under 18 years of age.
• Self-exclusion requests that have already been submitted.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, fl888 reserves the right to withhold or void any outstanding credit balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with that breach. For terminations requested by the user or for reasons not involving a breach, any real cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned once the relevant KYC process has been completed.
